In addition to her 13 years of experience as a licensed real estate sales associate and consultant, Caroline brings over 25 years of professional experience as a Financial Consultant and V.P. in Institutional Fixed Income Sales in the financial securities industry which has taught her the many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, marketing savvy, and a high-quality professional network are all hallmarks of how she works thereby providing the very best service essentially putting clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been her approach which requires her to continually improve skills and the ways of doing business through continued education and training in addition to keeping up with the latest technologies enabling Caroline to work smarter, quicker and efficiently to extend the range of services provided to her clients.
